 Setting up :   09-07-07 version
 1 - Extract the file in a specific folder that you'll have called for example: "sota"
2 - Open the sota.exe file
3 - Only the new spots will be directed on your sound card Your own spots won't be announced.
 The reading of spots is done every minute. You can start it manually. You can surf on this browse, but it's not recommended as the reading is done every minute.
